The Phoenix Theatre will be celebrating its 95th birthday!  Having been founded in 1920, the Phoenix Theatre is the longest continuously operating arts organization in the country, which makes it the oldest AND newest theatre in Arizona!

Since Dr. Gladys is also celebrating her 95th birthday this year, the Phoenix Theatre will present her with a Lifetime Achievement Award, PLUS!!!!  They plan to create and perform a song about Dr. Gladys to the tune of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."
