Remembering Dr. Gladys

This amazing woman saved my life! Many years ago I visited her office in Scottsdale suffering from serious immune problems. She advised a two week course of caprylic acid with a diet routine to go along with it. I never had this “incurable” disease return! I still have the instructions and paperwork from over 30 yeas ago and I have paid it forward to others. Years later I was lost and saw her at her daughter’s office for a talk. She was magic. I am forever grateful and blessed to have met her. I am heart broken and shocked as she was so full of life. I know she would not want me to feel that way, but she will never be forgotten and I send love to her and those who will miss her.

I just finished reading the Well-Lived Life and also heard her live on a resent podcast. She sounded vibrant as ever and full of new ideas. One which resonated with me was her ideas on femifestation. I once attended a leadership conference where a keynote speaker said we should treat everyone as if they were wearing a sign on their forehead that said “Make me feel important.” The first time I met Dr. Gladys, she presented me with an autographed book of Born to Heal with a personalized message to me. I felt like I was meeting a celebrity, and yet she totally made me feel important! Despite being so accomplished and admired, her focus was always on spreading love and light onto others. Her loving kindness, wonderful stories, and incredible wisdom will remain in my heart and continue to guide me in my life’s journey. I am so very grateful to have crossed paths with such a beautiful soul!
